🌿 School Year & Academic Calendar
Our school year follows a balanced schedule designed to support consistency, focus, and meaningful developmental progress. The year is organized into six learning terms with short breaks between terms, allowing children time to rest, recharge, and return ready to learn.
Our anticipated start date for the 2026–2027 school year is August 17, 2026.
Families are encouraged to review our academic calendar for important dates, including term schedules, holidays, and break periods. While every effort is made to maintain the published calendar, adjustments may occasionally be necessary.
Enrollment for K-2 Students
Families enrolling in our Academic Enrichment (K–2 ) and/or Russian Immersion Studio (K–2 ) programs who are participating through a home-based education pathway will need to have DOE Form 4140 (Letter of Intent to Homeschool) on file with their child’s designated public school prior to beginning instruction. This requirement applies only to families who choose to homeschool and ensures the child is properly registered for home-based learning in accordance with Hawaiʻi state guidelines. This step helps support a smooth and compliant enrollment process and allows us to maintain accurate educational records for participating students.
Before You Begin
We invite parents to take a moment to review the information below so you can fully understand what our programs offer — and what they do not. Our programs are designed as part-time enrichment opportunities intended to support academic growth, early learning, and language development within a small-group Montessori-inspired environment. They are not designed to replace full-time school enrollment requirements.
If anything is unclear or you have questions, we warmly encourage you to reach out. We are always happy to provide additional guidance and help families determine which program may be the best fit for their child.
