Admissions Process
Submit an enrollment interest form. Fill out and submit by email to let us know you are interested in joining Growing Minds Montessori Academy. We currently enrolling children ages 3 - 5 years.
Schedule an in-person interview. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to arrange a meeting. This will allow us to learn more about your child and share information about our school. We encourage the whole family to attend.
New student orientation. If your child is selected, we will invite you to attend a new student orientation to prepare your family for a smooth transition into our Montessori program.
Waitlist Policy. If a space is not available, your family will be placed on our waitlist. We will notify you as soon as a spot opens up. We truly appreciate your interest in our school and your patience as we work to accommodate all interested families.
Tuition
$500.00 Monthly Tuition – Based on 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), 4.5 hours per day. Monthly installments are due on or before the 5th school day of the new month.
$300.00 Deposit – Refunded or applied to last month of tuition.
$125.00 Registration and supplies fee (non-refundable) – Due within 5 days after you have been notified that a space is available for your child.
$25.00 Late payment or bounced check fee – Assessed when tuition is received after the 5th school day of any given month.
Funding sources - GMMA accepts funding through DHS’s Child Care Connection (ARBOR) program. This program assists with childcare costs for children, aged birth through 13 years for families that qualify. Please call (808) 961-6807 for an appointment or additional information.
Tax information – GMMA’s General Excise (GE) tax number is GE-157-680-1792-01. We are registered as a nonprofit corporation in the state of Hawaii under EIN # 99-2978361.
