At Growing Minds Montessori Academy, we believe in nurturing the innate curiosity and independence of every child. At the heart of Montessori education are guiding principles that honor each child’s unique path of growth and discovery, principles first developed and perfected in the early 1900s by Dr. Maria Montessori, a world-renowned Italian physician and educator. This approach emphasizes child-led learning, thoughtfully prepared environments, careful observation of progress, and the balance of freedom within supportive boundaries. Who our programs are designed for
Our programs are especially supportive for children who benefit from a more individualized, hands-on approach to learning. These learners may:
Need more individualized attention and a slower, more responsive pace
Have difficulty focusing in traditional classroom settings
Need additional support in early reading, writing, or math development
Be academically capable but benefit from greater challenge, flexibility, or enrichment

Our Programs
We are a K–2 focused Montessori learning center offering four distinct part-time programs designed to support each child’s academic growth, independence, and language development in a calm, structured environment. While our core focus is Academic Enrichment for K–2 learners, we also offer Early Childhood Foundations for ages 3–5, along with Russian language learning through both beginner and immersion programs.
Each program is thoughtfully designed as its own distinct learning experience, while all are grounded in a hands-on, child-led Montessori approach that builds confidence, strong foundational skills, and a love of learning.
