Payment Portal

This portal is provided for the convenient payment of registration fees and monthly tuition at Growing Minds Montessori Academy (GMMA). Please note that a 3% processing fee is applied to all payments made through this portal. Families may also choose to pay by Venmo or cashier’s check, with no additional processing fees.

To submit a payment, please click the appropriate link below corresponding to your child’s enrolled program and payment type (registration or monthly tuition). This ensures your payment is accurately applied to your account.

Payment Guidelines

  • Please select only the program(s) your child is currently enrolled in when making tuition payments.

  • Each payment should correspond to the correct program and payment type (registration fee or monthly tuition) to ensure proper account posting.

  • If your child is enrolled in multiple programs, payments should be submitted individually per link for clarity.

  • Please do not combine multiple programs into a single payment unless specifically instructed or approved by the office.

  • Registration fees and tuition payments are processed separately and should be submitted using the appropriate designated links.

  • Tuition payments are due by the 5th of each month unless otherwise communicated in writing.

  • A $25 late fee may be applied to any overdue tuition payments.

  • Partial payments should be communicated to the office in advance to ensure accurate account tracking.

  • If you are unsure which payment link to use, please contact the office prior to submitting payment to avoid processing delays.

  • Payment confirmations should be retained for your records until posted to your account.
