Payment Portal

This portal is provided for the convenient payment of registration fees and monthly tuition at Growing Minds Montessori Academy (GMMA). Please note that a 3% processing fee is applied to all payments made through this portal. Families may also choose to pay by Venmo or cashier’s check, with no additional processing fees.

To submit a payment, please click the appropriate link below corresponding to your child’s enrolled program and payment type (registration or monthly tuition). This ensures your payment is accurately applied to your account.

Payment Guidelines

  • Enrollment & Registration: A completed enrollment packet and registration fee are required to secure your child’s placement. All enrollment documents and registration must be submitted no later than the new student orientation.

  • Program Payments: Please submit payments using the designated link for your child’s enrolled program. Registration fees and monthly tuition payments should be submitted separately using the appropriate payment links.

  • Multiple Programs: If your child is enrolled in more than one program, please submit a separate payment for each program unless otherwise approved by the office.

  • Tuition Due Date: Tuition payments are due on or before the 5th of each month unless otherwise communicated in writing.

  • Late & Special Payments: A $25 late fee may be applied to overdue tuition payments. If you anticipate making a partial payment or are unsure which payment link to use, please contact the office in advance.
