Little Linguists: Russian for Beginners (3-5)

Little Linguists is a Montessori-inspired early childhood language program designed to introduce children ages 3 to 5 to the Russian language through gentle immersion and playful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Children build early listening and speaking skills through songs, stories, movement, and guided conversation in a calm, structured environment that supports natural language absorption.

Little Linguists supports much more than just early Russian exposure. Through a gentle, Montessori-inspired immersion environment, children also develop foundational skills that support their overall growth and school readiness.

This program helps children build:

  • stronger listening and attention skills through consistent language exposure

  • early cognitive development, including memory and pattern recognition

  • confidence in communication and willingness to participate in group settings

  • independence through structured routines and hands-on activities

  • social development through guided interaction and cooperative play

  • early pre-literacy awareness through songs, stories, and repetition-based learning

Because the program is play-based and developmentally appropriate, children naturally build focus, emotional regulation, and readiness for future academic learning—while being gently introduced to a second language.

  • Grades/Age: 3 - 5 years

  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. – 11:25 a.m.

  • Cost: $225 per month, with an additional $55 nonrefundable registration fee
